When interviewing, proper attire is crucial.  Clothes should convey a knowledge of the firm, its mission and expectations. Sophie and Greta want Santa to know they’re on board-- they can be counted on to produce milk and cookies on time and under budget. They want to convey their enthusiasm for Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. They will get up early and stay up late-- first to arrive and last to leave.
