After bonding over the Santa incident, the girls found this darling little efficiency in Pottery Barn Kids.  They made an immediate offer, settled and were able to move in right away. Apparently, they qualified for a First-time Buyer’s loan.  I think it’s a 60-year ARM.

 

Helping their parents to transition, the girls asked us to stay for a nice meal.  Greta pulled out the good dishes and Sophie watched over the souffle.  It’s a good neighborhood, close to the mall and 24/7 security.  While it will be quiet around our place, they promised to check in on us now and again.  Greta drove us home (she has an ’03 Lil’ Tykes-- great on gas) and made sure we got in the door.
